OR reported sales and service revenue of 658.72 billion baht in 2025, representing a 9% year-on-year decline.

Declining OR revenue 2025 mainly attributable to weaker performance in the Mobility and Global business groups. Nevertheless, the Lifestyle business remained a key growth driver.

Through effective cost and operating expense management, OR achieved a net profit of 11.30 billion baht, an increase of 3.65 billion baht, or 47.8% year-on-year, reflecting the resilience of its business structure and its ability to generate returns amid challenging market conditions.

Revenue declined by 65 bn

ML Peekthong Thongyai, chief executive officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Plc (OR), commented on the company’s 2025 performance, stating that the sales and service revenue amounted to 658.72 billion baht, declined by 65.23 billion baht baht, or 9.0%, compared to 2024, in line with lower global oil prices and reduced sales volumes.

However, the company continued to enhance operational efficiency and manage costs effectively, resulting in EBITDA of 20.35 billion baht, an increase of 2.69 billion baht, or 15.2% year-on-year.

This improvement was primarily driven by the Mobility business, supported by a higher average gross margin per liter, particularly from aviation fuel and diesel.

Meanwhile, the Lifestyle business delivered stronger performance, led by improved gross margins in the food and beverage retail segment, especially Café Amazon, which continues to benefit from strong consumer demand.
